Why should I compete? If you have been doing CrossFit for any amount of time, we would strongly encourage you to compete! It doesn't have to be a CrossFit event, it can be anything! Weightlifting, Spartan Race, 5K, 10K, or any number of sports. Take your fitness outside the box and test yourself! If you aren't already, I would encourage you to become a member of the "Crossfitters of Charlotte" group on Facebook. Here you can find lots of local events and clinics in the area!
